I am thrilled to share that I had the incredible honor of participating in my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Doctoral ceremony and the University-wide graduation at the University of Florida on May 2nd and 3rd, 2024. This milestone marks not just the culmination of years of hard work and dedication but also the beginning of a new chapter in my professional journey. I am beyond excited and grateful for the experiences and opportunities that my DNP program has provided me, and I look forward to applying this advanced knowledge to further enhance my contributions to the field of healthcare.A heartfelt thank you to all my professors, mentors, family, and friends who have supported me through this journey. I am thrilled to announce that I have completed the clinical requirements for my Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner degree. This achievement would not have been possible without the exceptional guidance and mentorship of two incredible professionals: BOS Medical Director, Dr. Alexis Perera, and Michael Concepcion. Alexis Perera MD Michael ConceptionDr. Perera and Michael have not only been my preceptors but also my mentors, teaching me with patience and passion. Their approach to education—teaching from the heart and with immense passion—has not only enhanced my skills but also inspired my own teaching methods as an educator. They exemplify the true spirit of paying it forward, a principle that enriches our profession and extends its impact far beyond immediate interactions.As I close this chapter, I am deeply grateful for their support and dedication.
